Printer Servicing & Maintenance Engineer

- Printer Maintenance & Repair: Perform troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of laser, inkjet, and multifunction printers - Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine checkups to prevent equipment failures and extend device lifespan - Customer Support: Provide technical assistance and recommendations to clients regarding printer usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Diagnostics & Spare Parts Management: Identify faulty components, replace defective parts, and ensure necessary spare parts are available - Technical Reporting: Document maintenance activities, service logs, and issue reports for future reference - Installation & Configuration: Set up new printers, ensure proper configuration, and integrate them into IT environments as needed - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to support business clients with managed print services

- Experience in servicing and maintaining printers and multifunction devices (preferably KYOCERA, HP, Epson, or other major brands) - Understanding of mechanical, electronic, and software components of printers - Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively - Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred - Certifications: Manufacturer certifications (KYOCERA, HP, Epson, etc.) are an advantage - Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred, as the role may require on-site servicing - A Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or a related field
