- Lead department operations, ensuring the successful implementation of the annual work plan and efficient daily programming activities - Oversee employee training, career development, and team coordination to maintain smooth workflow - Skilled in managing and optimizing architectural processes - Manage database design, system testing, and the integration of new software modules - Present strategic proposals and drive the adoption of new business processes - Ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining knowledge of banking and regulatory standards

- Higher technical education with 5+ years of IT experience - Proficiency in PHP, OOP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and experience with Git, Jira, and RESTful APIs, SOAP, Linux - Knowledge of React.JS, C#, C++, DevOps Engineering - Familiarity with credit bureau operations, banking legislation, and regulatory standards is preferred - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Fluency in Armenian, good knowledge of English, and Russian
