- Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan aligned with company objectives and market trends - Oversee and guide a team of business development professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment - Evaluate potential partnerships, markets, and opportunities to drive growth and expansion - Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients and partners to support business development goals - Implement initiatives and regularly report on progress, performance, and industry insights to the executive team

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred - Proven experience in Marketing, Business Development, Product Management or a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions - Excellent command in Armenian, Russian and English languages
