- Write, edit, and localize compelling social media content (posts, captions, visuals, and short-form articles) - Develop and execute a content calendar, scheduling posts for different platforms - Adapt global marketing messages to resonate with local audiences - Research and implement trending topics - Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign goals - Monitor content performance and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement

- Native or fluent Russian speaker - Proven experience in content writing (social media, blogs, marketing materials) - Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a marketing mindset - Experience in social media management and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) - Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to different brand tones
