Responsibilities
- Provide seamless customer support across multiple platforms, ensuring users satisfaction - Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through product features and account management - Offer clear, concise information for account-related questions - Use agile project management tools to document and track issues for resolution - Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently - Refer to proper team and business documentation for troubleshooting - Maintain detailed customer interaction records and follow up as needed - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions
Required Qualifications
- English Proficiency (mandatory B2+) - We communicate in English, so if you're not comfortable sharing ideas or jokes, it might not be the right fit. B2 level English?
