Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance
- Handle salary calculations and payroll processes efficiently
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring effective inventory management
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and supplier management
- Monitor and manage construction projects, ensuring budget control and timely completion
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Travel to different locations as required to oversee financial and administrative functions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial management, payroll, procurement, and construction project oversight
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Willingness to travel as needed for business-related activities
