Responsibilities
- Profound knowledge of the current operation of the Bank's processing system, current problems analysis, development and implementation of possible solutions
- Overseeing the process of implementing new projects/processing system changes related to the processing system
- Coordination and management of card projects, including budget and contract coordination, project planning
- Analysis of projects related to the Bank's card operations, verification of compliance with the processing system, legal requirements and standards of payment systems
- Analysis and implementation of proposed solutions in the Bank's business projects related to card processes
- Ensuring communication with the beneficiaries of the projects, external suppliers and coordination
Required Qualifications
- Higher economic, mathematical or technical education
- At least three years of experience in banking or related fields
- Knowledge payment systems regulation is desirable
- Projects experience with cards or related projects will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in leading or participating in technical projects would be an advantage
- Analytical and sound judgment skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office
- Knowledge of Smart Vista and Armenian programs will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English
