System Analyst

- Work with business users and software developers to identify system needs and translate them into clear technical specifications - Convert complex business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams - Analyze existing banking systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation - Develop detailed process flows, data models, and system architecture diagrams to guide development teams - Ensure system design aligns with operational, financial, and regulatory requirements - Lead and coordinate integration projects involving internal and third-party systems - Work with risk, compliance, and security teams to ensure system solutions adhere to all regulatory standards - Identify potential risks in system changes and propose mitigation strategies - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, process workflows, and technical specifications - Develop user manuals, release notes, and training materials for end-users and support staff - Monitor post-implementation performance and suggest enhancements - Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve usability and efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, technical program manager or a similar role within the banking or financial sector - Strong understanding of system architecture, data modelling, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Experience with requirement-gathering and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Draw.io, Miro, etc) - Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is a plus - Understanding of banking operations, products, and compliance requirements - Experience with core banking systems or investment banking platforms is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Experience in system integrations with third-party services - Certification in systems analysis or project management is an advantage
