- Implement the registration of prospectuses (trade prospectuses) and their supplements, provide preliminary approval of the document accessible to interested investors, as well as ensure its publication and advertising requirements - Implement processes related to the registration of investment funds - Monitor compliance with legal requirements for reports published by issuers and submitted to the Central Bank, including information on significant facts - Implement processes related to the registration of rules and regulations of regulated market operators and their charters - Implement processes related to the registration of depository rules and their charters

- Higher education in economics or law - Up to 2 years of work experience in the financial sector - Deep knowledge of financial system legislation - Knowledge of finance (investments) - Proficiency in MS Office. - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian
