- Identify and address inaccuracies and inconsistencies in the work processes of departments and highlight them in reports - Monitor and retrieve relevant information from sources provided by the company's departments - Continuously monitor the compliance of services and products with quality standards - Assess the performance of company departments based on given criteria - Analyze and identify service deficiencies - Follow quality control standards - Perform other tasks as needed

- Higher education - Work experience in quality control or quality management - Attention to detail and analytical thinking - Teamwork and communication skills - Knowledge of MS Office suite - Proficiency in data analysis tools - Knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian languages
