Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for front line staff, including posting job announcements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers - Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new employees, facilitating their adaptation to the company culture - Prepare and formalize employment contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in compliance with the Labor Law of Armenia and company policies - Manage employee registrations, terminations, and internal transfers, ensuring compliance with labor regulations - Maintain and update the employee database, tracking leave, promotions, disciplinary actions - Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all employee records and HR documentation - Prepare and monitor work schedule reports, ensuring compliance with company requirements and labor laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree , preferably in Human Resources - 3 years of experience in HR administration, Recruitment, T&D - Knowledge of Armenian labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English languages - Experience with HR software and digital HR tools is preferable - Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Experience with HR data management and reporting
