- Ensure that the Jaguar Land Rover showroom adheres to the brand's visual identity and design standards - Oversee and manage quality assurance programs for both customer-facing and internal brand-related processes - Develop, implement, and communicate detailed brand protocol guidelines for all employees, and control training timelines - Track and report on brand protocol and quality compliance performance in the showroom

- University degree in Business Administration or a relevant field - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent interpersonal, public speaking, and communication skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
