Responsibilities
- Managing the director’s schedule: organizing meetings, calls, and business trips
- Business correspondence: drafting, responding, and sending reminders
- Arranging meetings, phone calls, and online conferences
- Coordinating internal processes and overseeing task execution
- Communicating with partners, clients, and VIP guests on behalf of the director
- Preparing contracts, documents, and commercial proposals
- Maintaining reports and databases
- Assisting with personal matters, such as gifts, travel arrangements, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Armenian and English (both are essential)
- Fluent in Armenian and English, with knowledge of Russian
- Excellent organizational skills and responsibility
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and initiative
- Business communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Google Calendar, Excel, messaging apps, and email platforms
- Aesthetic sense and understanding of the luxury market (preferred)
