- Development, introduction (as necessary) of civil-legal agreements necessary for the Bank's activities, including their templates, their legal review - Drafting civil-legal contracts, including other civil-legal documents, necessary for the Bank's new business products and, if necessary, introduction of their templates (as needed) - Provision of legal clarifications to the Bank's management, structural and territorial units regarding RA laws, other legal acts, international treaties (as necessary), and civil-legal transactions (as necessary) - Conducting relevant seminars and training courses as needed - Participation in the training process of new employees - Fulfilment of other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department

- Higher legal education - 3+ years of professional work experience is a must - Knowledge of RA civil, administrative, judicial, and labor legislation - Good command of Russian and English - MS Office and IRTEK software skills
