- Develop creative ad copies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms - Optimize copy for different platforms, ensuring it aligns with best practices and audience preferences - Collaborate closely with other teams to create conversion-driven messaging - Conduct A/B testing on different ad variations to analyze performance and refine messaging strategies - Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to continuously improve ad performance - Ensure all content is compliant with industry regulations and brand guidelines - Write compelling headlines, descriptions, CTAs, and body text that drive action and resonate with target audiences - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and optimization - Provide copywriting support for various marketing assets, including landing pages, promotional materials, giveaways

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in advertising copywriting, preferably within the betting, gaming, or sports industry - Strong understanding of digital marketing and paid media strategies - Experience writing for SMM, PPC, and performance-driven campaigns - Knowledge of advertising compliance and best practices in the betting industry - Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and A/B testing platforms - Strong analytical skills to assess copy performance and optimize messaging accordingly - Excellent English language skills; additional language skills, especially in European or LATAM markets, are a plus - Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
