Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct construction projects, ensuring they align with project goals and organizational standards
- Manage on-site operations, including traveling to different locations in Armenia to supervise projects
- Plan work schedules, assign duties, and coordinate tasks to ensure project completion within set timelines
- Accurately estimate project costs, adhere to budgets, and optimize resource allocation to prevent unnecessary expenditures
- Procure and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring smooth project execution and minimizing delays
- Identify and mitigate internal and external risks, including planning issues and regulatory constraints
- Lead subcontractors and project teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain high levels of organization and oversee daily job allocation to streamline workflow
- Assess potential risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project efficiency
- Incorporate feedback to enhance project quality and ensure continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to align project objectives
- Ensure regulatory compliance, secure necessary permits, and liaise with local authorities
- Evaluate project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to management
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards throughout project execution
- Review and analyze cost estimates, track variations, and ensure cost-effective project management
- Implement best practices and standard procedures in compliance with TUMO’s operational guidelines
- Exhibit flexibility in handling additional job-related duties as required
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with project planning and progress evaluation techniques
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in construction safety and management are a plus
