Senior DevOps Engineer

- Design and implement DevOps strategies using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks - Develop modular, scalable IaC solutions based on business requirements - Manage dedicated servers, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability - Optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and system performance - Design and implement high-availability architectures and failover mechanisms - Configure and maintain networking, firewall rules, load balancers, and security policies - Mentor and support DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams - Continuously enhance development, deployment, and monitoring processes

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role - Strong proficiency in Linux and source control management - Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) - Expertise in bare-metal server provisioning, performance tuning, and storage management - Experience with containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes - Deep understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security hardening - Proficiency in monitoring & observability tools: Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus - Expertise in Elastic Stack (Filebeat, Logstash, Kibana, Elasticsearch) - Strong knowledge of Redis and MySQL for caching and database management - Experience with message brokers like RabbitMQ for distributed systems - Automation & Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go - Storage & Backup Management, including RAID, NAS/SAN, and disaster recovery solutions
