- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field - 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms - Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly desirable - Proficiency with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, X Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement - Excellent command of English; additional language skills, especially in the European market is a plus - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign execution
