Responsibilities
- Manage the document circulation of the organization both electronic and hard-copy and ensure the registration, distribution, and archiving of documents in the prescribed manner
- Coordinate the signing process of the Company’s contracts, agreements and other legal documents ensuring that all parties’ validations are available and that the documents are finalized
- Retrieve the organization's e-mail and paper correspondence, receive messages, and forward the correspondence to the appropriate people
- Ensure the connection and effective cooperation of partner organizations and different departments of the Company, become a contact person
- Provide the necessary documents, information and data during the Company’s internal audits as well during Competition Protection, MoF and Tax or Compliance inspections
- Perform basic administrative tasks like printing, photocopying, mailing, filing and word processing
- Perform other duties related to the position as the Executive Director assigns.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Education
- 2+ years of work experience is preferable
- Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Internet, MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel), Power-Point, Jira
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Teamwork skills and experience
- High sense of punctuality and responsibility
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail
