Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of team members' work, including chats, calls, emails, and internal messages, identifying errors, documenting, and reporting them
- Verify the processing and compliance of requests transferred to other departments, ensuring they meet all mandatory requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to forwarded requests
- Monitor and record the quantity of work completed by employees
- Collaborate closely with Skin Leads and Deputy Heads to quickly resolve recurring issues and improve workflows
- Establish performance standards for employees in cooperation with Skin Leads
- Participate in the ongoing development of operators
- Prepare and submit monthly quality reports to the department head
- Attend monthly quality control meetings and summarize recorded results
- Maintain continuous communication with Skin Leads through internal communication channels, discussing observations and suggestions for process improvements
- Provide feedback and reports on employees' performance when required
- Report website issues or errors to Skin Leads and Deputy Heads for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in customer service (mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and English
- Proficiency in using computers and office equipment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Objection-handling skills
- Ability to work under high workload
- Capability and willingness to multitask effectively
- Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations
- Time management skills and commitment to corporate culture and respectful communication
