- Develop and execute a comprehensive product short-term and long-term strategies aligned with EasyPay’s vision and growth goals - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring exceptional customer experience and market competitiveness - Identify emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation and maintain EasyPay’s leadership in the fintech industry - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and business development, to ensure successful product development and market entry - Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and inform strategic decisions - Build and mentor a high-performing product and innovation team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence - Build and mentor a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and excellence - Continuously study new markets, technological trends, and customer needs, and provide analytical reports to support strategic decision-making - Lead the UI/UX design team to deliver intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for all EasyPay products

- Proven experience in a senior product leadership role within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors - Understanding of web technologies and development processes - Strong track record of driving product innovation and achieving business growth - Deep understanding of product management methodologies and best practices - Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
