- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points - Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user-centered design principles - Collaborate with product owners to define product goals, features, and design requirements - Develop design strategies that align with the product vision and business objectives - Participate in project planning, timelines, and sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery of design assets - Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that follow established brand guidelines - Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem - Use industry best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to enhance the overall visual aesthetics of the product

- 4+ years of experience working in product design field - Experience in working with large-scale design systems in complex organizations - Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of component-based design principles - Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights - Experience in designing web products, especially admin panels and dashboards - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong skills in user research - Expertise in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - At least intermediate level of English
