- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field - Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable - 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field - Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements - Proficiency in security tools and technologies, along with best practices in secure system architecture - Ability to manage both technical challenges and strategic security initiatives effectively - Excellent communication skills to interface with technical teams, leadership, and end users
