Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct educational sessions to promote our wines and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate closely with marketing, winemakers teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Promote the wines through tastings, events, and presentations
- Educate customers and clients about the unique qualities of the wines
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
- Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Experience:* Previous experience in sales min 5 years, customer service, or the wine industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events and client meetings
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
