- Design and implement AI-driven automation tools for healthcare and insurance workflows - Train and fine-tune LLMs (GPT, BERT) and NLP models for medical text processing - Integrate speech-to-text tools (Whisper API, medical transcription AI) into automation workflows - Enhance OCR-based processing for insurance documents and claim submissions - Optimize AI-powered chatbots for insurance claim and verification automation - Ensure AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and compliant with industry standards - Research and implement new AI models and technologies to improve automation

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development - Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP & deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers) - Experience with AI model fine-tuning & API integration - Strong understanding of OCR, NLP, and speech-to-text technologies - Familiarity with healthcare/RCM processes and EMR systems - Ability to optimize AI pipelines for real-time processing
