Responsibilities
- Charting the product and service implementation path from development to launch
- Development and implementation of new products and business processes
- Ongoing maintenance and continuous development of existing products and business processes
- Research, implementation and ongoing maintenance of support programs
- Development of software and process automation requirements
- Market and new trends research, presentation of promotional proposals
- Product profitability and other target indicators analysis
- Collaboration with internal and external partners, public and private bodies inclusive
- Compilation of normative-methodological documents
- Compilation of training materials on products
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, management or finance
- Minimum of two years of experience in banking
- Experience with banking products will be an advantage
- RA Law on Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of AS system
- Proactivity and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of RA law on banks and banking activities
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages (written and spoken)
