Responsibilities
- Record a specific bank account transactions in 1C: Accounting software
- Upload English course fee invoices from a Students Management System (UMS) into 1C:Accounting software
- Record English course fees; reconcile them with the responsible department
- Import AUA students’ debt records from a Students Management System (SONIS), export payments from C
- Accounting software to SONIS; reconcile students’ balances in both systems with the responsible department
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree/University Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience with 1C: Accounting system is good to have
- Good written/oral communication skills in English, Armenian
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Relevant work experience of 2 years and more
