- Assist and supervise the implementation and continuous improvement of NMC's ESMS - Coordinate with Credit Division and Risk Management Division to integrate E&S considerations into refinancing decisions - Review and assess E&S risks associated with refinancing applications - Operationalize and update the ESMS Manual - Monitoring and Reporting - Prepare periodic E&S performance reports for senior management - Contribute to the annual E&S performance report for stakeholders including AFD - Participate in monitoring visits to PFIs and selected borrowers

- Preferably, Engineering degree or equivalent in Energy, Environment, or related technical field with - Background in energy efficiency is a plus - Expected experience in environmental and social risk management, including record of experience in energy efficiency projects, preferably in the financial sector - Knowledge of national environmental regulations and international E&S standards - Experience in housing sector E&S issues is an advantage - Fluency in Armenian and English - Good analytical and report writing skills
