Donor Relations Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic organizations in Armenia - Support the executive team in achieving fundraising objectives - Identify, cultivate and steward potential donors and develop tailored proposals for giving opportunities - Host tours for potential donors and deliver presentations on TUMO initiatives, while ensuring timely follow-up to build strong donor relationships - Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM system, including gift tracking and contact information - Provide timely and accurate reports on the impact of donor contributions, along with overseeing donor recognition for new projects - Lead strategic communication efforts in conjunction with the VP of Philanthropy and Communications team by planning multi-channel online fundraising campaigns - Collaborate and serve as liaison between teams in the U.S. and Armenia, including regional TUMO offices and Communications team, to stay informed on project progress and obtain storytelling and content materials - Work closely with the communications team to create compelling donor materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, annual reports)

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit development - Proven track record in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and managing donor portfolios - Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, donor cultivation, and philanthropic trends - Passion for education, youth development, and nonprofit missions - Results-driven and proactive with a self-starter attitude
