Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with new business leads to sell a range of products and services - Develop annual plans that ensure long-term brand growth by analyzing product, category, consumer, and market dynamics - Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial contact to sales ‘close - Oversee all content and design aspects related to the brands by gathering input and communicating changes in a timely manner corresponding teams - Oversee trade and consumer communications, including P.R. efforts, brand website development/updates and online marketing initiatives including social media, event listings, search engine marketing and other online marketing opportunities to promote business growth - Manage ongoing relationships with commercial partners and provide good customer service - Monitor progress versus plan through monthly business tracking; constant evaluation and reassessment to ensure resources are being utilized and maximized - Participate or lead meetings to understand and guide product strategy - Work in conjunction with the commercial team to identify new market segments and define leads - Recommend changes in tactics, approach or new products based on market data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred) - At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field - Strong business acumen skills; organizational and problem-solving - Ability to focus on multiple tasks and deadlines and effectively prioritize and manage them, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail - Positive and enthusiastic attitude exhibiting team player and leadership qualities that bring out the best in those they work with. Takes initiative and possesses entrepreneurial drive for success - A proven track record in sales, including developing new business - Strategic and critical thinking - Planning and budgeting skills - Experience of working to targets and deadlines - Analytical mindset - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Good organization skills - Personal resilience, with the ability to self-motivate - Ability to work under own initiative - Proficiency in English and Russian languages
