- Deliver high-quality audit projects on time - Enhance team efficiency and effectiveness - Oversee client interactions and manage audit projects to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction - Take the lead on at least one audit project, ensuring full compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and verifying financial statements in alignment with IFRS - Keep leadership informed about audit progress, milestones, any challenges faced, and necessary actions to address issues - Foster a culture of quality by ensuring audits meet client expectations and adhere to company standards - Introduce tools and methods to improve audit processes, increasing speed, accuracy, and effective use of resources - Perform audit tasks under the guidance of the manager, particularly partial audits, as per the manager's plan

- 3+ years of experience in handling similar responsibilities - Higher education in accounting or finance and/or professional certification as an accountant/auditor - Mastery of Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently - In-depth understanding of accounting fundamentals, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and processes - Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations - Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights - Ability to prepare and present financial reports clearly, ensuring stakeholders understand key insights and data - Working experience in Big Four will be a big plus. - Proficiency in English & Russian languages will be a big plus, as sometimes you might keep communication with international partners, enhancing project success
