Access & Configuration Specialist

- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and access rights in line with organisational policies - Manage and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure users have appropriate access levels - Conduct regular reviews of user access permissions to ensure compliance and reduce risks - Design and configure back-office templates, including bonuses, automated emails, and system notifications - Regularly update and optimise templates to align with operational and business needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain configurations for operational efficiency

- A college bachelor’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Proven experience in access management, system configuration, or IT security roles - Familiarity with access management tools and configuration platforms - Experience with game and wager configuration management is a strong advantage - Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service management (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) - Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles roficiency in-game configuration tools and platforms - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) - CompTIA Security+
