- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of AI9, ensuring seamless back-office functions - Nurturing relationships with external stakeholders - Manage daily operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance - Act as the main point of contact for legal, accounting, and finance matters - Assist in overseeing construction-related projects and ensuring timely completion - Coordinate with finance teams to manage budgets and ensure accurate reporting - Collaborate with the co-founders to identify and prioritize strategic growth opportunities and projects - Maintain regular communication with partners - Develop a professional network that supports the organization’s operations and growth - Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to address any concerns and ensure smooth operations - Coordinate schedules and activities of the customers’ team, ensuring proper allocation of resources and support

- 2+ years of experience in operations management or a related field - Fluency in English and Armenian; Russian proficiency is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving efficiency and improvement - Proven ability to manage budgets and legal and financial matters, ensuring operational compliance - High energy, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with a passion for executing large-scale projects - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Flexibility and adaptability, ready to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
