Responsibilities
- Organization, coordination and control of current working process of branch employees, ensuring their efficiency and continuity
- Execution of the branch's business plan, portfolios, sales and other plans, in particular: the involvement of payroll projects, conducting presentations, organizing basic, cross and telephone sales
- Conducting performance analysis of actual and expected sales on a weekly basis, taking action to meet sales plans
- Participation in ATM charging and discharging process, providing software approval
- Supervision of the official duties fulfillment, working process and discipline performance by employees of the branch
- Submission of proposals on branch issues
- Participation in the opening and closing processes of the vault
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- At least two years of work experience in the financial and banking system
- Knowledge of financial analysis
- Knowledge of banking legislation
- Leadership skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent command of the Armenian language
- Knowledge of Russian and/or English languages
