- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as digital ads (Google, - Meta, Behance, Pinterest, Dribble, etc.), social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and more - Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance - Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience across digital touchpoints - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure -cohesive and effective marketing efforts - Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives - Oversee the creation and management of digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) is a plus - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution - Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics - Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot) - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders - Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities - Highly organized with excellent project management skills
