Responsibilities
- Formatting PCs and installing Windows, Linux operating systems
- Assembling and configuring hardware components, such as hard drives, printers, and network adapters, etc.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Providing remote support for network administration tasks
- Assisting in the deployment of new network equipment and software
- Ensuring stable internet connection (interacting with providers)
- Performing other technical tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical support position
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with active directory
- Familiarity with network concepts and protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills (no problem is unsolvable)
- 2 nose hole availability is mandatory ;)
