Coordinate the Bank’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and charity activities in accordance with the Bank’s CSR and PR Policy, regulate and conduct all necessary processes in that regard - Develop and coordinate the processes of organization and implementation of various CSR and charity events and initiatives implemented by the Bank - Review cooperation offers and requests submitted to the Bank by various companies and individuals in terms of CSR activities and charity and make relevant recommendations - Ensure public awareness of the Bank’s CSR and charity events and initiatives in the media and on social platforms via actions aimed at effective posting and maximum spreading of materials - Monitor the materials published in the media and on social networks, perform the necessary analysis and submit a relevant report. - Where necessary, study the best practices on the CSR market, make relevant recommendations - Maintain the Bank’s CSR and charity report database - Manage the Bank’s blog, including content on financial education, digital transformation, IT technologies, banking products and services, and customer experience

- University degree - At least 3 years of work experience - Organizational and negotiation skills - Excellent command of Armenian and English languages, knowledge of Russian language will be a plus - Knowledge of economics, especially banking, will be a plus - Team player - Courteous manners, commitment to work, and high sense of responsibility
