- Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role with a track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects - Strong technical background with software development and architecture experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
