Responsibilities
- Identify the right targets and create lead lists for target accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and find new prospects
- Hunt for new small and medium-sized prospects and initiate contact with them
- Build and secure relationships with targeted small and medium-sized prospects
- Negotiate with prospects to assist with and secure a service agreement
- Ensure that the technical team properly onboards new clients and gathers feedback from customers
- Review and discuss the current service offerings and work on improving them
- Register and follow up on leads and deals in the internal CRM system
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned customer accounts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or Business
- At least 3 years of experience in selling services or IT equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Sales experience, preferably with some marketing background
- Leadership skills and experience
- Knowledge of SPIN selling is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian languages
