Responsibilities
- Perform works of the IT Incident Management Division
- Perform IT incident resolution works
- Follow up on IT Incidents
- Collaborate with IT teams
- Register IT incidents, collaborate with the responsible teams for the root cause analysis (RCA)
- Interact with all structural and territorial units to achieve high performance by the company
- Perform other duties in line with the job description
Required Qualifications
- University degree in computer science
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in addressing software and hardware problems
- Knowledge of web-related programs
- Good Windows user
- Knowledge of ITIL processes Deep understanding of ITIL principles, especially Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
- Knowledge of ITSM (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) tools Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as JIRA
- Basic understanding of various IT areas (network, application, infrastructure)
- Basic knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Zabbix, DataDog or similar
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian; good knowledge of English
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Team player
- Communication skills
- Commitment to work and sense of responsibility
- Troubleshooting skills
