Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients who contact the company (via mail or telephone) and provide necessary support and information regarding our products and materials - Guide clients through the purchasing process to ensure a smooth transaction - Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly - Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients - Maintain and update product information in the accounting system - Ensure product specifications, prices, and quantities are accurate and up-to-date - Collaborate with other departments, i.e. Procurement, Warehouse and Sales, to ensure product information is consistent and reliable
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an inside sales or customer service role - Great English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in using accounting or CRM systems, like Quickbooks acocunting system, is a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
