Responsibilities
- Implementation and development of card, passive, commission products
- Continuous improvement of business processes in terms of card, passive, commission services rendered to individuals
- Planning and overseeing the product and service implementation path from development to launch
- Development of normative-methodological documentary bases
- Initiating product changes based on market and new trends
- Coordinating collaboration with partners (payment systems, insurance companies, relevant local bodies) and building partnerships
- Initiating software automation requirements for products
- Coordinating collaboration with different departments of the Bank aimed at development, approval, implementation phases of product
- Management of projects
Required Qualifications
- Higher education in economics, management or finance
- 3 years of work experience in the banking system, particularly in the field of product development
- Experience in card issuing, card processing will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia in the field of banking, payment services, insurance
- Computer skills: MS Office software package, knowledge of AS system
- Initiative and a high sense of responsibility
- Experience in team leading would be an advantage
- Teamwork ability
- Negotiation skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to work under well-defined deadlines
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, English (written and spoken)
