Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor customer support representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Oversee the daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop strategies to prevent future issues and improve overall service quality
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role
- Experience in managing a high-performing customer support team
- Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
