IT Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Product Manager” to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product vision, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver world-class products that meet the needs of our customers. - Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and prioritize product requirements - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities - Define and track key product metrics and performance indicators to measure product success - Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products - Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision and value proposition to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products - Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies - Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. Knowledge of Figma or other sketching tools is highly desirable - Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience working in agile development environments and using tools like Jira - Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams - Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for building innovative products - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
