Debt Collection Team Leader

LMS LLC is looking for an experienced DC Team Leader, who will lead the Soft collection program implementation team and will be responsible for achieving the set goal. - Monitor the ongoing work of the team and come up with appropriate recommendations - Develop and implement team development plan and track performance - Meet with team members regularly and discuss relevant issues - Involve employees in company - Prepare daily reporting about teamwork outcomes, outgoing / incoming calls - Conduct a team development process on a monthly basis - Submit report to the DC head daily, weekly, and monthly basis - Implement other tasks assigned by the supervisor - Control shifts & attendance

Required qualifications - At least 2 years experience in financial-banking field - At least 1 year experience as manager - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel program - Excellent knowledge of Russian or English language is mandatory - University degree in Economics, Management or Finance - Knowledge of team management procedures - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and advanced verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Strong team player
