Business Process Analyst

- Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement - Document detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams that clearly represent the current state of processes - Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to gather requirements for process improvements and automation - Propose and design future-state processes that address identified issues and align with business objectives - Collaborate with IT teams to design technological solutions that support process improvements, ensuring alignment with business requirements - Support the implementation of process changes, providing input on system configurations and user training - Generate reports and visualizations to communicate process improvements and demonstrate their impact - Develop change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions to new processes, ensuring user buy-in and adoption - Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, requirements, and improvements for future reference - Communicate process changes, updates, and improvements to stakeholders and relevant teams

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field - Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role - Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English languages is mandatory - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM) - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with process automation and workflow management tools is a plus
