Senior Legal Counsel

- Manage and oversee corporate legal processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents with customers, suppliers, and business partners - Supervise and mentor other members of the Legal Team, ensuring high standards of work and professional development - Collaborate with internal business teams and support functions, including Compliance and Risk Departments, to ensure legal alignment with business objectives - Handle ad hoc legal assignments as required by the business - Streamline and update existing documentation, corporate policies, and legal precedents - Assist in the preparation of documents for management review, ensuring they are print-ready - Provide legal advice and support on various legal issues, including managing legal processes, litigation, and business transactions - Analyze and identify potential legal risks and implications, offering proactive solutions - Represent the Legal team in group-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring legal interests are protected - Negotiate deals and actively participate in company meetings to provide legal insights

- Master's degree in Law or Bachelor's degree in Law with strong academic credentials - 3-5 years of experience as legal counsel in a corporate environment - Excellent proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages - Proven experience in drafting and negotiating general and commercial contracts - Experience in consumer law is an advantage - Strong drafting and legal writing skills, with close attention to detail - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
