- Coordinate the activities of the company's Tourism Directorate - Develop and promote the company's tourism programs and packages - Develop and organize a strategy aimed at attracting tourists - To participate in the development of the policy and strategic plan of the tourism sector, the activities carried out with the participation of the tourism sector, as well as the company - Control the reception of visitors, as well as the guests of different departments of the company and the proper implementation of the visit - To be responsible for the normal and efficient operation of the company's tourism directorate - Create a motivation plan and participate in the development of KPIs’ management - To ensure the harmonious interaction of the tourism directorate with other departments of the company - To be responsible for the work discipline of the given directorate and the organization of visits in accordance with the tourism organization procedure - Regularly carry out tourism market studies, organize marketing programs for the purpose of tourism development, develop and implement programs aimed at spreading wine culture in the society and activities related to the activities of "Armenia Wine" company - Compile reports on the directorate's activities, submit necessary information to the company's management - To carry out the work instructions of his manager and to undertake other duties arising from the job description

- Higher Education - At least 5-10 years of professional work experience in tourism, restaurant business, sales - Management experience in large companies - Planning ability - Ability to work systematically - Ability to negotiate - Knowledge of English and Russian - Ability to work in a team - Knowledge of commerce and business management - Analytical and numerical mindset - Perceptual readiness to accept new knowledge/experience - Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
