- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development - Product Performance Monitoring and Analysis - Collaboration with the cross-functional teams - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas - Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends - Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to prioritize features and create actionable development plans - Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate and improve design concepts - Create comprehensive product requirement documents and specifications - Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implement mitigation strategies - Ensure effective risk management throughout the product lifecycle - Conduct risk assessment and analysis for each product initiative - Monitor the success of product launches, gathering feedback, and analyzing market response to make necessary adjustments to future strategies - Continuously iterate and improve the go-to-market processes to drive product adoption and revenue growth. - Monitor payment metrics, analyze transaction data, and generate reports to identify trends, optimize payment processes, and improve financial performance - Foster strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA. - Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features - Conduct regular meetings and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on priorities and track progress - Foster a collaborative and innovative culture by encouraging open communication and teamwork

- Education in Business, Computer Science, or a related field - Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, with a focus on startup projects from inception - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a creative mindset to innovate and think outside the box - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including charting and sprint planning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders - Ability to define and articulate a clear and compelling vision for the product - In-depth knowledge of the target market, customer needs, and industry trends - Formulating and executing an effective product strategy aligned with business objectives
