Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base in America and Europe - Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their engineering service needs and presenting tailored solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field - Experience working with clients in both America and Europe - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering services or related industry - Strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to communicate technical information effectively - Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
